At Vintage Blad, we take great care in ensuring every item is checked and packaged carefully before being shipped. Due to the nature of our products and limited collections, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any items purchased.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we may offer a replacement for the same item where possible.

To request a replacement:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Please include:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the damage
  • Packaging photos if applicable

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement item will be arranged subject to availability.

Non-Eligible Situations

We do not offer replacements, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing selection
• Minor colour differences due to screen settings
• Normal fabric variations
• Items damaged after use, washing, or improper care

Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Vintage Blad is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
