Processing & Dispatch Times

As many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities or made to order, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

During launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details where applicable.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Vintage Blad is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Vintage Blad is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Vintage Blad is not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, Vintage Blad is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping courier directly using your tracking information.


Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging where applicable

Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement item subject to availability.
